  • A ) With your GM in the war room at your facility. No media.
  • B ) With your GM in the war room at your facility. Small interviews throughout the day.
  • C ) With your GM in the war room at your facility. One interview after your pick(s) has/have been announced.
  • D) In attendance at the draft. Interview with your new pick after your pick(s) has/have been announced.

(Option A) I will be spending the entire rest of the day with my GM in our war room. We will not be speaking to the media until we have completed all active draft work. Work comes first on the most important day of the year.

(Option C) The work happens in the war room, but I and my draft team (GM DescretoBurrito and Director of College Scouting Jieret) will be available for an interview after our 1st round selection(s) are made. Go Broncos!

(Option A) - The work is never over during the draft and my full attention needs to be with my GM in the war room. There is plenty of time for interviews after the draft is over.

Option D) I will be in attendance at the draft with the rest of our organization while Sage works on the draft panel. I'll be available for an interview with our 1st round selection after the pick is made. I may be available for small interviews at other times depending on the situation.

B ) Due to my dual role as Head Coach and General Manager, I will be staying in the war room in Foxborough. However, I will be doing several small interviews with the press throughout the day.

grv413, coach of the New York Jets.

 

Option C: I will be with my GM helping him identify and select the players we view as the best for our team. It's crucial for the GM and the head coach to be on the same page when it comes to putting a team together. That being said, the fans and public should understand our mentality behind our pick, so I will not be leaving them in the dark. After our pick, I will be completing one interview in length about our pick, where we are headed the rest of the offseason, and an outlook on the future.
