T-C-U BETTER BELIEVE IT

#3 TCU took on #5 LSU this weekend and let everyone know that the Horned Frogs are legit. It was a defensive struggle but TCU was able to come out on top 13-10.

THE BUC STOPS HERE

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers didn't give Christian Skaggs any break Sunday, sacking the QB 6 times. The offense did their part behind QB Taylor Heiden and rookie RB DeNorris Jackson and came away with a 28-21 win.

DREAM KILLERS?

A top 15 matchup between the #11 Toledo Rockets and #15 Florida Gators ended in heartbreak for the Rockets. Florida managed to pull out the 25-22 win on the road. Anyone doubting either team was put on notice.

CATCH ME IF YOU CAN

The Green Bay Packers have raced to a 5-0 start after beating the 2-2 Seattle Seahawks. This game was very banner worthy which is why it is on here. I wonder if anyone can "catch" the Green Bay Packers, or maybe "intercept" them? No no, definitely catch.

I think Oklahoma-Iowa's final scoreline should be Oklahoma 20-34 Iowa instead of 17-34.

Still a few positive signs for them offensively. Eric Pope could've been worse, Maurice White was awesome, and they got things to click in the fourth quarter. But that's two straight games now where they haven't been able to stop an opposing 5.0 scrambler whose name happens to be Black from getting whatever he wants.

Good look for Iowa State's defense, too. They gave them no quarter for four quarters.

If I did my math right, Mikeal Black finishes his 2020 OOC slate with the following stat line: Mikeal Black, IOWA, 56 of 84 (66.66%) for 719 yards, (8.55yds/att) 5 TD, 1 INT, (155.82 rating) 18 Car, 122 yds, (6.77avg)  2TD. Not too shabby considering we faced UCF, BC, and Oklahoma, and not some Sophos-level cupcake schedule.

That worked for the most part Gore wasn't the most efficient. (Sub 65% completion) Jake Davis still looks overmatched

I feel like the rushing attack is also really inefficient.  I'm just going off memory but I feel like every game the RB is either right at or below 4 YPC.. That's not doing Davis any favors..
