OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS

After falling to #2 in the rankings, the Michigan Wolverines received some more disappointment over the weekend as they fell 17-16 on a last second field goal to the 25th ranked Penn State Nittany Lions. This loss opened up the B1G East and set up a potential deciding game in the final week between Michigan and long time rival and 7th ranked, Ohio State.

SOMEONE HAS GOTTA DO IT

As the AFC North tries to figure out who really wants to win the division and play in the playoffs, the battle heats up as Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Baltimore all win their respective games. The Pittsburgh Steelers will play Monday night to see if they can remain tied with Baltimore for the lead at 6-6.

STARS OF TOMORROW

Recruiting season begins to wind down but there are still some major decisions to be made as teams look to fill out their classes. Will these players be able to live up to the hype? Or will they crumble under the pressure of expectations. Stay tuned to find out.

EASTBOUND AND DOWN

The battle for the NFC East remains hot as well, for all the right reasons as both the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys picked up wins on Sunday. The Eagles beat the Falcons 31-28 and the Cowboys beat the Panthers 31-20, making the NFC South a bloodbath as well as the league heads towards the playoffs.

    [2022] Mike Mayock's NFL Draft Positional Rankings - DE/DT

    Recommended Posts

(I created a few little ranking compilers that have their own independent criteria in how they rank prospects based on hidden and available information. I'll turn some of them into these posted draft positional rankings. You may be able to figure out what they rate highly eventually but this might give you guys some more insight in the draft process. If everyone ranks someone low there may be issues that are hidden. If they all rank someone high he's likely good).

Im surprised he's so low.  Im a huge Hannah fan.

He didn't do much in his first 3 years, probably because I started him out of necessity as a 1/4.5 freshman. But he's having a hell of a senior year. Hope he has a good upsdie.

    ...uhhh...no it isn't.  he's Contain...

But he is 6-2 240. I get the player type but in a 3-4 he will get ragdolled. I guess with the size of Oline it won't be as big a deal

sizes are wack in the sim.  There are a crapload of TEs that weigh less than 220 pounds and/or are 6 feet tall.  no one IRL would put guys like that at TE.  there are NFL skill position guys that weigh less than 160 pounds.  That would never happen.

It's because everything is their high school senior size. I stripped the weight evolution stuff out of the sim because it was a mess and not important

exactly.  so we can't judge guys roles purely based on weight.
