Texans FS Reynaldo Harris (knee) said he is "very close" to 100 percent.

Harris is recovering from a knee surgery he underwent in September after tearing his ACL in the Texans' week three game. "I got the go-ahead to kind of do whatever I can without obviously being too aggressive on it," Harris said. "I'll be ready well before camp." Harris remains one of the best free safeties in the league. He recorded 4 tackles, 1 interception, and 1 pass defensed before ending his 2021 campaign. He finished the 2020 season with 49 tackles and 3 interceptions. Harris is under contract through 2024.

Harris gains +15% starting fitness for 2022.

Huge news. I was afraid his injury and age would give him fits, but I am ecstatic to see the man is on schedule.

He is a core of this secondary and we can't do shit without him. Welcome back <3
