SOLOMON.  Also so many new faces for the Red Raiders.  Poe Jr., Atoshi, Beck, Garrett all making good plays today against a really good Temple team.

gg Alien.  I was worried about a lot of things going against you, but it was a crazy battle.  Anxiety was in overload haha.

Wow what a slate of games.

Tech pulling off a close one off the back of Solomon

Hawaii and Youngblood coming to Texas and taking down SMU

    Cuse almost taking out Purdue

the Border War producing more hate like always

Rice and TCU In a shootout and McLean almsot pulling it off

Michigan and MSU laying the smack down on their opponents

    And Auburn with another squeaker

Kudos to Hawaii for keeping Aveau off the statsheet and allowing the Youngblood, Fraser and Mulinu'u show to run wild!

And the streak is alive for the sub 300 yard passing performance!

One of the few games in which Solomon fumbled that TTU didn't lose. Perfect game from the QB too, no turnovers is all that is needed.

Rice showing that a bit of balance goes a long way, a fantastic game in Fort Worth going down to the wire.

ILB T.C. McGregor had a nice game against Hawaii despite the loss. SMU still looks good, but Marcus Burden is looking green.

Nebraska loses in an OT heartbreaker. This team is the real deal folks, and caesari is getting the best out of them.

Not sure about WMU not feeding DeSean Madison, but Isaac Tyson is playing some great football

    For Nebraska:

Yet again Caesari reminds me of why I love facing him. His teams always give their all and he's just such a good coach that there are very few circumstances I feel he would have no hope in. After TCU, I was riding high and I feel like I didn't give this Cornhusker team enough credit when I was looking over the roster this week, but damn if those kids can't play. If there is ever a time where a loss should result in moving up in the polls, an overtime loss on the road to the #1 team in the nation is surely that time. I don't know where this team was ranked, nor do I care. This Nebraska team is a top 15 team and will challenge for the B1G West title this year. This game told us so much about this Nebraska team. Nebraska did almost everything perfect, their QB was fantastic, their offensive line kept him upright with zero sacks, their defense managed to force a turnover and get to Black in the pocket. Did that fumble cost them the victory? We don't know. Either way, it is my sincere hope that after the season, this is looked at as Nebraska's coming out party and not Auburn's almost failure.

    For Auburn:

I'm always stupid negative about my teams, even in their wins, but sometimes teams just catch you. Tennessee did it last year and put down our undefeated hopes. This year Nebraska comes to our house and puts the fear of god in our team. Any player, fan, or coach that might've thought we were bullet proof after TCU just got a rude awakening. The blueprint to beat this team just got publicized on national television. Are there things I could've coached better? Always is. But the way I'm looking at this going forward is this: 2002 Ohio State made a year out of escaping death. The 2010 Auburn team had to escape Clemson in overtime before their magical run. 3 of the 4 Nick Saban title teams had a loss somewhere in the regular season. Games like these happen. They make the team stronger by instilling confidence in their ability to finish when they need to. Every team is going to throw their best at this team. But champions always find a way to win. And that's what we did.
