    [2022] Ohio Post-Game Press Conference: Week 3

AD3378: "Well, that wasn't quite the game we wanted but we got the W. Gotta give a lot of credit to UNLV and Coach @Keepiteasy2. His team played tough til the end, caught us off guard early, and made life difficult throughout. I didn't like our lack of third down conversions once again. We've got to get better about extending drives and keeping the offense on the field.

I think the thing we're most pleased about is the improvement in slowing down the run this time. Our defense really stifled and frustrated them from getting any lasting momentum. I was very happy with our ability to hold a halftime lead this time around though I feel like we should've widened the margin. At the end of the day, it's a win and we'll take it. We need to get back to work though as there's a tall task ahead of us just up the road in Columbus. Any questions?"

Reporter: "Kevin Moore, Athens Messenger. Coach, you get your first 100-yard receiving performance of the year with Micah Lanier. What did you think of his outing?"

AD3378: "Thought he was great. Micah was a bit limited two weeks ago with Vandy but was fantastic making big plays for us. Jordan also picked up another touchdown for us so the perimeter guys were a huge help. Really liking what I'm seeing from Aaron as well."

Reporter: "Tom Joiner, WCMH-TV. Your offensive line has given up a couple of sacks each of the first two games. Any concern about protecting the quarterback the rest of the year?"

AD3378: "A little, but two sacks a game is hardly cause for panic. We're also getting two a game with our defense so it's not like our opponents have dominated us thus far. I think given the youth of our line it could've been much worse. I'm pleased with their effort and expect them to continue to improve."
