Delay of Games

Only NFLHC games this week; only CFBHC games the following week; back to normal after that.

It Takes Two

It took two overtimes for Minnesota to top Illinois on a clinching run by RB Tredaveon Jennings.

Sometimes, It Be Ya Own Self

The Saints ruin their undefeated season by running trick plays, as punter Adonis Rosa throws an interception. You'd think people would have learned by now.

What Happens in Reno

Nevada upsets #6 Duke 17-13 by shutting down QB Bryce Thompson; true freshman Damon Goode had a pick for the Wolf Pack.

Cardiac Cards

The Cardinals were down 17-0 in the 4th quarter... and put up 21 points to win. WR Marcus Banks caught a 40-yard TD pass with a minute left to cap it.

stats wise, our teams are pretty close (keep in mind Miami has 1 less game played). Barely squeaked out a win in the AFC Championship last year against Miami in Miami. This year its in Vegas, but I've had a lot of changes this past off-season.  Hoping we can squeak it out again but I'm not super confident.  Hopefully Shah Vereen can cause Brown some trouble with that injured oline...

This is a game we definitely had circled on the schedule.  We've played some tough opponents so far, but Vegas has always been a measuring stick game.

I'm really happy with how Baugh has progressed over the past couple games.  Hopefully he'll continue to take advantage of his chances.

Interesting stat on defense - each of our top 4 corners have at least one interception so far this season.

Obviously this is my game, but to generate some discussion on it I wonder how the absence of Malcolm Davis will affect this game?  I know he's been out since the first week of the year, but I think it can be argued that Miami has the best CB trio in the league.  How will the Raiders handle that?  Will the Raiders' rookie LT be able to handle the pressure from Benjamin Blankenship?

What about Miami's offensive line?  They've been crushed with injuries all season, but they have started to play better lately with the offensive line rating improving every game.  Will the Raiders get pressure in Brian Brown's face?

Adam Schefter reports Malcolm Davis is going to try to play this week.  He knows its a big game, and thinks hes ready to help his team.

That would be huge for the Raiders.  Davis is a match-up nightmare, with his size, especially in the red zone.  IIRC he's something like 6-6 and 215 pounds?

This is gonna be two big hosses beating up on each other I think.  In the end it'll come down to if Nick Hall can keep the ball away from a super talented Dolphins defense in my eyes.  I can actually see them pulling it off, but it's hard to call two really fantastic teams an underdog.  It'll be almost a battle of the Giants.
