Tennessee Tumbles in Tuscaloosa

The Vols nearly take down #1 Alabama, but the defense can't keep up for long enough as Abdoul Pearson rushes it in to clinch it 26-23 in 2OT.

Ceci N'est Pas Un Pipe

The pipe stepped up this week, taking out Malcolm Davis, Norris Brooksheer, Kenji Sagatomo, and LaMichael Jones among others.

Rumblin' Raekwon

Northern Iowa RB Raekwon Thomas is looking to prove himself to NFLHC scouts, putting up 125 yards and 3 TD in a convincing win over Montana.

Fib Uring It Out

The Lions clinched at least a .500 record as they knocked off the Packers, 17-12, to jump to a surprising NFC North lead.

McLean on Me

Rice QB Eric McLean becomes the presumptive #1 QB prospect after receiving an 83 overall grade from scouts.

Apologies that this week is late... It's been a busy week for me.

NDSU primary.png North Dakota State Bison (6-1)

    Previous Rank: 1

The Bison started strong, but gave the Jack Rabbits a lifeline in the 4th quarter. Nevertheless, Zach McAllister played his heart out this week, throwing for a pair of touchdowns and even rushing in two more short ones! The offensive line had a field day, allowing no sacks and giving McAllister plenty of time to pick his passes as well as creating giant gaping holes for Baldwin to run through. An all around solid game despite the late scores by South Dakota State

Beating an FBS team? Done that! Eastern Washington now has the first victory over an FBS team this year! A great 3 td, 1 int performance for Samuel Connor generates score after score for the Eagles. The defense gave New Mexico State quarterback Johnny Karrod all sorts of trouble, too, sacking him twice and picking him off once. A great all around performance for the Eagles this week!

ISU primary.png Illinois State Redbirds (3-2)

    Previous Rank: 4

It wasn't always pretty, but the Redbirds managed to steal a win from previously 1-loss North Dakota. A very solid game on the ground for Frankie Boone helped ensure the clock kept running and the yards kept piling up. Defensively, Todd Werner was all over the place. He finished with 4 tackles and 2 (!!!) interceptions!

UND primary.png North Dakota Fighting Hawks (5-2)

    Previous Rank: 2

The upset of the week! North Dakota fell to a resurgent Redbirds team. Todd Werner intercepted Fighting Hawks quarterback Robbie Koehler twice and held Roman Bentley to just 52 yards. Defensively, however, Fighting Hawks fared much better, sacking and intercepting the QB once each.

    Previous Rank: 5

A great day in the office for the Dukes as they soundly defeated Youngstown State 24-10. 250 yards and 2 touchdowns from Cooper Flemming combined with an impressive 2 interception performance from the defense kept the Penguins from ever really being in this one.

    Previous Rank: 9

A nervy win for the Blue Hens this week as they squeak past a 1-5 New Hampshire team. A great 100+ yard effort from Daniel Padgett "getts" Delaware the win this week. David Marks and Joe Wyatt combined for 8 tackles, 1 int, and 2 passes defended in a solid defensive outing.

YSU primary.png Youngstown State Penguins (1-5)

    Previous Rank: 8

Not a fantastic outing for the Penguins this week. Brad McCaffrey struggled to get his passes to connect to the right guys, throwing two interceptions and Troy Norris was held to 23 yards on 9 rushes (though he did manage 32 receiving yards and the lone touchdown for the Penguins). Keith Wright did not help things as he missed 2 of his 3 field goals.

SDSU primary.png South Dakota State Jackrabbits (1-6)

    Previous Rank: 10

Not the best week for the Jack Rabbits. They hosted the leaders, made it interesting towards the end, but ultimately could not complete the comeback. Although filled with talent, South Dakota State just cannot catch a break. On the bright side, the defense racked up a bunch of tackles including 3 for a loss.

    Harvard primary.png Harvard Crimson (2-5)

    Previous Rank: 9

It was an ugly one. Harvard faced off against a winless UConn team and came out battered on the other side. A humbling 7-45 defeat saw Mateo Gustavo only connect on 50% of his passes, good for 41 yards and Harvard's only score.

    Previous Rank: 11

Although the Wildcats got off to a hot start, they sizzled out and were held to only 7 points in the final three periods of play. Jack Mayberry threw for under 50% completion as his receivers dropped three passes. Defensively, things looked up as they managed three sacks as a unit.

    UM primary.png Montana Grizzlies (0-7)

    Previous Rank: 12

Destroyed by BYU this week, the Grizzlies have a lot of work to do if they want to salvage this season. Gabriel Gage was picked off thrice and managed to only complete a third of his passes. Christian Gray was held to under 2 yards per attempt. Gabriel Butler also missed two long field goals.
