How will promises for a certain amount of player stats work if the promises are for the upcoming season, and players have to sit out one season?

Very good point.  Individual stat promises will be for the first eligible season they can play, editing above.

Is there a document anywhere we can use to calculate value of promises?     Nevermind answered my own question.

Does this line include just regular season? Or does in include any postseason games (conference championship, bowl, etc)?

Should it? There's another promise for winning a bowl. FCS teams have extra opportunities to win additional games (I don't recall how many teams make the FCS playoffs). All FBS teams in the playoffs will already have the 10 win tier but not all teams have the same opportunity of winning a conference championship game.

I mean it's not a huge issue with where the points are at but just looking for equal opportunity.

Not all FCS teams, but I see your point.

Will be amended to clarify: ONE (1) Postseason game (CCG, Bowl, Playoff) may count towards this total.

So would the amount of sacks or interceptions a defense get be considered team goals? I don't really see why a player would be concerned with how many sacks/INTs a team gets when he's never on the field.

Then think of it as the player wanting to see if the position group is as well-coached as promised.

"Defense gets x" is a team stat and will be counted this year.
