2. :byu:  BYU Cougars - 56.77

3. :army:  Army Black Knights - 43.56

4. :nmsu:  New Mexico State Aggies - 35.52

5. :umass:  Massachusetts Minutemen - 27.39

6. :liberty:  Liberty Flames - 19.91

I mean...that’s pretty much how someone would have ranked the teams without RNN and their historical rankings pretty much

Yeah, every independent team is clearly in a different "level" of college football.
