UTSA snaps #11 Rice's 26-game winning streak in CUSA games with a decisive 31-20 road victory. QB Justin Radford threw for 208 yards and had 3 total TDs.

Bears QB Mohammed Foster has come into his own as the team has jumped to a 6-3 start. Foster put up 102 on the ground, including a 45-yard TD, in a 20-10 victory over LA.

Yes. But you can attribute the fact that Powerhouse Rutgers has not happened yet is due to the fact that there are some active teams that raid New Jersey each year for top talent that Rutgers can not compete with.

I believe our system is based on the star rankings of 247 or another site and not just raw D1 players divided by HS participants which is why our system leans much more towards the states that produce the elite talent IRL.
