Can "Player Whose Absence Was Most Detrimental to His Team" be an award?

David Wilburn should be MVP.  7 ints in 10 games, 1 returned for a TD, 116 yards on just returns.  Most dominant player on the best team. AT LEAST he should be DPOY.

IMO Skaggs should be OPOY but not MVP.  IMO you can't be MVP if your team doesn't even have a winning record.  Hes definitely the best offensive player, but if you can only carry your team to 3 wins (so far) than you are not the most valuable player.

I think Upshaw should have an argument for DPOY, too. 94 tackles, which is 18 more than the next highest player. Not to mention 4 sacks on the season.

You should also consider the fact that he was on a defense that was the only reason Cincinnati won any games this season. His 12 tackle, 2 sack performance against Carolina was one of the most dominant all season.
