    He's been 3DRB for a while and Ethan Newby started for a bit too.   But yeah, it's been discussed at length in our F/O along with almost every facet of our team.  It just is a lower priority because we have more immediate needs and we both feel RB is the final piece to the puzzle, not the first one.
