The 2015 NC State Wolfpack football season was the third season for the college. They had a disappointing regression to a 4-8 record, getting stomped in conference play losing 5 out of 7 ACC games. The team was coached for the first 10 games by Tom Landry's Hat, who proved to be an awful head coaching hire as he only won 2 games in his tenure. Coach brightfalls took over for the final two games of the season winning both.
