2017 Big 12 Conference football season

The 2017 Big 12 Conference football season was the fifth season of Big 12 play. Texas won its third overall and second consecutive Big 12 championship by defeating West Virginia in the 2017 Big 12 Championship Game, 24-21. Texas went on to win its first national championship by defeating Nebraska in the 2017 National Championship Game, 34-19.
