• Eric Irwin, John Jones, and LaDavid Cantrell were signed in undrafted free agency on May 30th, 2016
• Russ Martin was signed from free agency on June 1st, 2016
• Rodney Olson was signed from free agency on June 2nd, 2016

Departures

• Michael Pass, Jerry Santiago, Kenan Brown, Todd Janik, James Ponder, and Bill Burnett all retired at the end of the 2018 season.
• Gerald Bright, Art Baber, B.J. Dawkins, Jasen Broadnax, Dennis Stewart, Tommy Boiman, Rodney Williams, Warren Johnson, and Michael Monahan all left the Falcons after their contracts ended.
