Four teams did not have a first-round selection: Buffalo, who traded their first round selection to the New York Giants as part of a trade for OLB Aaron Hammond; Carolina, who traded their first round selection to the New York Jets for ILB Chris Tucker; New Orleans, who traded their first round selection to Tennessee for DE Charles Woods; and Cleveland, who ended up trading their first round selection to Seattle due to the Browns forfeiting their original conditional pick (a 2023 second-round selection). The selection order for subsequent rounds will follow the order of the first round, except that teams with the same record and same playoff result will rotate among their respective groups (these groups are indicated by the bold gray lines in the table below). Also, 33 additional supplemental picks were allocated between the ends of round 3 through 7, for a total of 255 picks (including two forfeited picks).
