Professional career

Washington Redskins (2017 - 2018)

Adrian Allen was drafted in the 3rd round by the newly formed Washington Redskins after showing out as the best speed receiver in the minds' of the Redskins' staff. He had a successful rookie season for the Redskins, collecting over 800 yards receiving and 5 touchdowns.

Detroit Lions (2019 - 2021)

Adrian Allen was sent to the Detroit Lions before the 2018 season, which put him with a crowded group at Wide Receiver. He topped his rookie year numbers in 2018, catching 70 balls for 928 yards, but his second year with the team his numbers dropped to 54 receptions and 651 yards total. With that crowded Wide Receiver group in Detroit Adrian Allen may find himself as the odd man out as the 2020 season nears its start.

Baltimore Ravens (2021 - 2022)

Arizona Cardinals (2022)

Prior to Week 6 of the 2022 season, the Ravens sent Allen to the Cardinals, in return for cornerback Daron Haag.

After emerging as a potential deep threat, the Cardinals re-signed Allen during mid-season re-signings for 3 years at 1.85 million total, ensuring his rights to be owned by Arizona through 2025.

After sustaining a pair of potential serious injuries in 2022, and the Cardinals acquiring young receivers Jay Arreola, Vincent Ortiz, and William Moore, Allen was released during 2023 Free Agency, to allow him a chance to find a new squad for the 2023 season.
