Blake PIle (born May 6th, 1993) is an American football Offensive Tackle for the Cincinnati Bengals. He played college football at USC. The Cincinnati Bengals selected him with the 5th overall pick in the 2016 NFLHC Draft.

Early Years

Blake Pile was born in Pheonix Arizona and attended and played at Skyline High School. He was heavily recruited by both Arizona State and Arizona, but eventually decided to go out of state.

College Career

Haley attended USC for 4 years. He was never redshirted, and graduated with a degree in Construction Systems Management, stating his fall back life plan was to spend his day operating the Pile driving machines.

Professional Career

Pre-draft

During the 2016 NFLHC combine, Pile was one of eleven offensive tackles invited. He was widely regarded as one of the top offensive line prospect pre draft and was the top tackle on many peoples board with Matt Bogle. His size and drills were not the best at the combine but he showed good technique throughout


Draft

Haley was selected in the 1st round of the 2016 NFLHC draft. He was the 1st tackle and offensive linemen selected.

Cincinnati Bengals

2016 Season

Pile stepped in his Rookie season ready to show his skills to the NFL, and show them he did. He provided much improvement to a Bengals offensive line that went from one of the worst in the league to one of the best, and was picked for his first pro bowl for his efforts.
