History
CaptGrizzly era (2021)
CaptGrizzly was hired as the first ever head coach of the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, taking over at the start of the 2021 season. CaptGrizzly left the team before coaching any games.
Jeff era (2021)
Jeff was hired as the head coach prior to the 2021 season. In one season as head coach, Jeff led the Chanticleers to a 2-10 overall record with a 2-6 record in the Sun Belt. Jeff left the team following the 2021 season.
imerman era (2022-present)
Imerman was hired to lead the Chanticleers prior to the 2022 season. He went on to lead the Chanticleers to a 7-5 regular season as well as first place in the Sun Belt East division. The Chanticleers went on to lost in the Sun Belt Championship game against Louisiana-Lafayette. They were selected to play in the Camellia bowl against the Ohio Bobcats. Coastal lost by a score of 35-23.
