Darnerien Sohn is an American football offensive tackle for the New York Jets.

College career

Sohn was a 3-year starter for the Hurricanes; his redshirt sophomore year at right tackle, and his junior and senior years at left tackle.

Professional career

Pre-draft

Sohn was considered one of the top players in the 2018 NFLHC Draft. He was often mocked in the top half of the draft and was generally considered the second best offensive tackle available behind Brandon Reamon.

Draft

Sohn was selected with the 22nd overall pick of the 2018 NFLHC Draft. Most media outlets considered him the biggest "steal" of the first round.

2018 Season

Sohn was immediately placed as the starter at left tackle for the Jets. Sohn sustained a shoulder injury in Week 7 in a London game against the Minnesota Vikings, causing him to miss 6 weeks.
