College career

Mack was a top receiver recruit but was surprisingly underutilized throughout his college career. Despite being highly talented he was behind a stacked Crimson tide roster, He was mainly used as a special teams player during his freshman season before spending his 2014 and 2015 seasons as the teams secondary receiver behind teammate Ricky Chambers.

During his senior season Mack was named as the teams primary receiver. He had developed well during his college career and the team looked to utilise his blazing speed. It paid dividends as Mack had an extremely solid season and put himself into a good position heading into the draft.
