DeSean Barkley is an American football cornerback who plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played college football at Colorado.

Early Years
Barkley was born and grew up in Green River, Wyoming and attended Green River High School, where he played football and ran track. He was named the Wyoming area Defensive Player of the Year by The Wyoming Advocate as a junior after finishing the season with 11 interceptions, 27 tackles and eight passes defended despite missing three games due to injury. Barkley was named first team Class 5A All-State as a senior and also was invited to play in the Under Armour All-America Game. Barkley was rated a five star recruit by 247 Sports and given a four star rating Rivals, Scout and ESPN and was rated a consensus top-5 prospect at the cornerback position. He committed to play college football at Colorado University over Florida and Arkansas. Fulton was also named first team All-State in track as a senior in the 300 meters hurdles.
