Duster is the head coach of the Arkansas State football team, taking the position prior to the 2021 CFBHC season.

Coaching Career

Syracuse Orange

Duster took the coaching job at Syracuse Orange in the eighth week of the 2018 season. The Orange were 1-5, but Duster was able to finish the season with 4 wins in their last 6 games, including an upset over #8 ranked Florida State.

The next season, Duster was able to lead the Orange to a school-best 10-3 season, ending in Syracuse's first ever bowl win in the Music City Bowl against Missouri. Under Duster's coaching, QB Dylan Bishop was able to step in as the star of the Orange's league leading offense, leading them in games such as their win over #1 ranked Florida State, and eventually won the 2019 Heisman Memorial Trophy.

After the 2019 season, Duster left Syracuse and stepped away from the CFBHC for a year due to personal reasons.

Arkansas State Red Wolves

Prior to the 2021 season, Duster returned to the CFBHC and accepted the job at Arkansas State, joining the recently founded Sun Belt Conference.
