Edward James "E.J." McGuire is the starting quarterback for the Northwestern Wildcats. McGuire was named starting QB as a True Freshman and enters his Senior season as a four year starting QB. The 2021 season showed that everything has started to click for McGuire as he had a career year and led the Wildcats to the Pinstripe Bowl. McGuire will be looking to build off his success as he prepares to enter the NFL Draft.
