Oakland Raiders

The Raiders traded Allen to Arizona following the 2019 season in exchange for Cardinals OT Robert Lee.

Arizona Cardinals

During the 2021 season, Allen became a mentor to 2021 3rd overall selection Beckett Miller.

For the 2022 season, Allen was projected to start at right tackle full-time, with Miller starting on the left side.

During 2022 mid-season re-signings, Allen signed a 4 year, 22 million dollar deal to remain with the team through 2026.

Cleveland Browns

Following week 2 of the 2023 season, the Cardinals traded Allen and wide receiver Ricky Chambers to the Browns for OT Kevin Grey and WR Dean Burkhart.
