Jaime Bautista is the starting tight end for the Kansas Jayhawks. Bautista was named the starter as a redshirt junior and enters his senior season as a two year starting TE. It proved to be a breakout campaign for him as he became the 3rd Big 12 tight end to record at least 900 receiving yards and 10 touchdown receptions in a single season. Bautista will look to lead the team in receiving yards again ahead of the 2023 NFLHC Draft.

Early Years

Bautista attended Cheyenne-Eagle Butte High School in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. He was ranked as the 7th best tight end recruit.
