Draft
Nkwenti was not invited to the NFLHC combine. Nkwenti went undrafted but signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent.
Arizona Cardinals
Nkwenti saw his only action in the NFLHC in the 2018 preseason in which he rushed for 158 yards and 2 TDs on 43 carries over the course of 2 games. Nkwenti would be the #3 RB on Arizona's depth chart up until he was cut midway through the 2019 NFLHC season.
Tennessee Titans
After being cut by the Cardinals, Nkwenti struggled to find another job in the NFLHC. He spent the remainder of the 2019 season and the full 2020 season as a free agent but continued training. The Titans signed him in the 2021 preseason as roster spots were increased. Nkwenti was cut at the end of the preseason but was signed back to the practice squad two weeks later and finished the season on the practice squad. After the season, he entered free agency and did not receive an offer. The Titans brought him back for the 2022 preseason but ended up cutting him again at the end of the preseason with him no longer being eligible for the practice squad. Nkwenti retired at the end of the season.
