Professional career

Fleming went undrafted in the 2020 NFLHC Draft. He was signed as a UDFA by the New York Giants. He spent two years with the Giants before being released following the 2021 NFLHC Season. He was then signed by the Atlanta Falcons for two years until he was released following the 2023 NFLHC Season. He signed a 1 Year Contract with the Indianapolis Colts for the 2024 NFLHC Season.
