The San Diego Chargers were founded in 2016 by Weis. He performs General Manger duties himself, while ETMIV serves as Head Coach. The Chargers are a member of the Western division of the American Football Conference, and their home stadium is Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, California. 2016 was their first competitive year in the expansion league NFLHC.
