Minnowsotan is the eigth-year head coach of the Iowa State Cyclones football team, as well as the head coach of the Minnesota Vikings NFL Football team.

Early years

Minnowsotan began his legacy in El Paso, Texas where he was born and welcomed into the world by his older brother taffyowner. A week into his birth his family packed their bags and decided to move to Ft. Meyers, Florida. A couple of years pass bye and a new member is welcomed into the family. By 2004 Minnow's family had moved 4 times making it hard to find friends growing up for me and my brothers. Eventually Minnow settled in Rochester, Minnesota from then on until his college years where he got shipped off after graduating from Century High School in Rochester, Minnesota and currently goes to South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota.

Iowa State Cyclones

Coaching style

Under Minnow the Cyclones have implemented many coaching schemes, from a pro style offense to a smashmouth scheme when all else had failed in the early years of Iowa State's conception into CFBHC. Iowa State eventually found a the Spread Option scheme which guided them to 2 bowl games in 2018 and 2019. Minnow favors in state recruiting and feels like it is a waste of time to go into other parts of the nation to get one prospect. He heavily recruits after offensive linemen believing that they are the key to a successful offense.

Accomplishments

In 2018, Minnow guided his team to a surprising 10-3 record, became ranked for the first time ever in program history, and made it to the Sugar Bowl and was named Big 12 Coach of the Year.

In 2019 Minnow made it back to another bowl in back to back years posting a 7-6 record and winning the Liberty Bowl the first bowl win in program history.

NFL Coaching

In 2021 Minnow took over the head coaching position in the Minnesota Vikings organization hoping to guide them back after a bad season the year prior. 2022 Saw Coach Minnow lead the Vikings to a less than stellar 3-13 record, losing 5 in a row at the end of the season. This was to be expected and with the draft potential 2023 held the Vikings did not fire Minnow. 2023 saw little improvement and gathered a losing record of 4-12 while it is an improvement from last season overall, the Vikings still had a long way to come while under the leadership of him.
