The Northwestern Wildcats are a collegiate football team playing in the Big Ten. The Wildcats play at Ryan Field in Evanston, IL and are a member of the West Division of the Big Ten Conference.

History
robcarlson77 (2020-Present)
robcarlson77 was named as Head Coach of the Wildcats prior to the 2020 season. Prior to his arrival at Northwestern, robcarlson77, spent one season at the helm of the Northern Illinois Huskies and compiled a 4-8 record. The Wildcats struggled mightily in their first year under their new coach, limping to a 1-11 (1-8) record. The 2021 season, the second under robcarlson77, showed a tremendous amount of growth as Northwestern finished 6-7 (3-6) ultimately losing to Virgina Tech in the Pinstripe Bowl.
The Wildcats finished 7-6 (4-5) in the 2022 season and concluded the season with a 27-24 victory over Louisville in the Detroit Bowl.
