Rasmus Elm is a Swedish professional ice hockey player who plays for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL). Elm was the 55th overall selection in the 4th round during the 2020 NHLHC Draft and the third ever selection by the Lightning.

Rasmus Elm was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 4th round, with the 55th overall pick in the inaugural 2020 NHLHC Draft. Elm was the second leading point scorer for Lightning during their successful 2020 season. He also had the most assists with 20, and the second most points(24) for the Lightning.
