College career
2015 Season
Rogers was not redshirted in his freshman year, but started the season #2 on the depth chart behind Robert Lewis. Rogers did not get much playing time until the coaches grew frustrated with a Lewis fumble. Rogers started the next three games, but was ineffective, and was benched for Lewis. Rogers played some slot receiver to end the year, but ultimately did not have a great year for Pitt.
2016 Season
Rogers was redshirted for 2016 in order to give Lewis his senior year to start.
