Romulus Jackson (born November 9, 1993) is an American football strong safety for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at Fresno State. Dallas selected him with the 21st overall pick in the 2017 NFLHC Draft.

Early Life
Rommulus Jackson was born and raised in the poverty-stricken Fresno, California. He was poorly educated in high school and went to a community college. After three years, he transferred to Fresno State.
College Career
Jackson played two years at Fresno State, his senior year being named a 1st-team All-American. He is one of several players to record three pick sixs in a game.

Heading into the draft, Jackson was considered one of the best strong safeties in the draft class. In addition to being one of nine safeties invited to the combine, he was invited to private workouts by the Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Rams.
After being passed on by Rams, Jackson fell to 23rd, taken by the Dallas Cowboys,forcing Jackson to leave Fresno for the first time in his life.

Jackson helped served as the last line of defense for the Cowboys. His best year came his rookie year when he made the Pro Bowl. His second year, Dallas, despite being the #4 seed in the NFC, won the Super Bowl.
