The UTSA Roadrunners are a CFBHC team playing in the West division of the C-USA, which began their first season in 2018.

The UTSA Roadrunners began their inaugural season led by head coach Ethan Agan. He managed to lead them to a 1-4 record before taking an indefinite leave of absence.
