Early Years
Alexander was born in the small Northwest Texas town of Bovina. Despite a population of less than 2,000, football was still very important in the community. Growing up, Xander displayed great athleticism and a a high football IQ. He played for the Bovina Mustangs and started all 4 years, leading the team to three consecutive UIL Class A Division II playoff appearances, and a championship game appearance in his senior year. During his time at Bovina, he set school records in nearly every QB category, including: passing touchdowns, rushing yards (single season & career), career passing yards, rushing touchdowns, and yards per carry. Despite his impressive career, the level of competition he faced steered many universities away from him. With offers from Rice, Texas A&M, and Houston, he decided to play for the Aggies.
College Career
Alexander Williams attended Texas A&M for 4 years, declaring for the NFL Draft after his senior year.
