Riley Ivey is a football linebacker for the Georgia Southern Eagles football team.

Early Years

Ivey was born in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He attended Redan High School in Stone Mountain, and was a standout high school football player for the Redan Raiders. Coming out of high school, he was considered one of the best linebacker prospects in the nation. He was also selected to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Recruiting

Ivey had offers from several different schools, and was in doubt about the Eagles or going to Arkansas. Finally, he decided to play for Georgia Southern.
