Professional career
Pre-draft
Pierce was not invited to the combine. The Georgia Tech Pro Day would prove to be his only opportunity to make an impression on NFL scouts. He put together a mediocre performance which saw him drop a few passes and make some incorrect route running decisions. After the Pro Day, his draft outlook did not seem favorable.
Draft
Pierce did not get drafted. He signed as an undrafted free agent with the Packers. He was later selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2016 NFLHC Expansion Draft.
