The 2018 Central Michigan Chippewas represented Central Michigan University in the 2018 CFBHC Season. The team was coached by ImposterCauster after the 2nd game of the season and played its home games at Kelly/Shorts Stadium in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. They were a member of the West division of the MAC.

After another coachless game, a loss to the New Mexico Lobos at home (coach Necrochaos was a no-show), the Chippewas hired ImposterCauster to lead the team. The program knocked off the Colorado State Rams by a score of 31-28 to secure Coach ImposterCauster's first win with the program. After two losses to two Power 5 teams, the Chippewas won their first two conference games against the Ball State Cardinals and the Kent State Golden Flashes. Central Michigan then endured a 3-game losing streak that saw two games end with a single-digit score difference. The Chippewas then captured two consecutive upset victories over the Toledo Rockets and South Florida Bulls, bringing the team to a school-record 5 wins.

In Week 16, the Chippewas defeated the Western Michigan Broncos by a score of 23-17, clinching the 6th win of the season and their first ever appearance in a bowl game, where they fell to the Arizona State Sun Devils by a score of 35-10.

Four players (plus one smile) earned conference recognition, winning various Player of the Week awards. Head Coach ImposterCauster was honored with Soluna's Admin Award at the end of the season for his work with various types of media.
