2017
USF began play in 2017 with low expectations. The team defied these expectations, after falling to Navy in their first game, won 10 out of their final 13 en route to sweeping North Carolina and an AAC East division crown.
2018
2018 was the opposite of 2017 in many regards. The team faced initially challenged from losing star Jermey Henry to the NFL from the previous season and could never establish an offense. After starting 4-0 against easy competition, the team finished 1-7, including 1-6 in AAC play en route to a 5-7 season overall.
