The Art Ross Trophy is awarded annually to the National Hockey League player who leads the league in total points at the end of the regular season.
The Art Ross Trophy was presented to the National Hockey League (NHL) by Arthur Howey "Art" Ross, former General Manager and head coach of the Boston Bruins and Hockey Hall of Fame inductee as a player.
In case of a tie, number of goals scored is used as a tiebreaker.
