Jamel Beckham is an American football Wide Receiver for the New England Patriots. He played college football at TCU. The Patriots selected him with the 19th overall pick in the 2019 NFLHC Draft.

Early Years

Beckham grew up in East Bernard, Texas and attended East Bernard High School, where he became a star in both football and track & field for the Indians.

On the football field, Beckham produced back to back 1,000-yard receiving seasons for East Bernard head coach and former NFL quarterback Jon Kitna and was selected to play in the Under Armour All-America Game. His track & field career culminated with a gold medal in the long jump at the Texas High School state meet.
