Spencer Sharpe is an American football Wide Receiver for the New England Patriots. He played college football at California. The Patriots selected him with the 78th overall pick in the 2024 NFLHC Draft.

Early Years

Sharpe tried several sports as a kid; soccer, football, and basketball, among others. His family had hoped he would choose a less dangerous sport, but agreed to let him play football. He earned five star recruiting honors from Rivals.com, and was noted by many recruiting services as one of the top wide receiver recruits in the country.In his junior season, Spencer caught 13 touchdown passes on 30 catches for 657 yards, and leaded his HS to the state title.

Sharpe failed to qualify academically at Georgia Tech, the college he committed after High School, enrolling at Atlanta Metropolitan College. After playing 2 year at JUCO, as a Junior, Sharpe committed to California.
