Eller was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts with the 163rd Pick of the 2022 NFLHC Draft.

Prior to the 2024 NFLHC Season, Eller was traded to the Seattle Seahawks along with a 6th Round Pick in the 2026 NFLHC Draft in exchange for CB John Queen and FS Ayden Whitaker.
