Draft

In the 2020 NFLHC Draft, the Tennessee Titans selected McIntosh in the 5th round. Many draft analysts did not believe McIntosh should be drafted.

Tennessee Titans

McIntosh entered the 2020 season in a competition for the #2 QB role with Bobby Kolodziej and J.J. Robinson. After passing for 115 yards on 26 attempts with 2 interceptions in a pre-season game against the Baltimore Ravens, he was moved down to #4 QB on the depth chart. McIntosh performed better in his preseason opportunity the following season, throwing for 236 yards, 2 TDs to 1 INT, and adding 45 rushing yards. However, Bobby Kolodziej won the backup QB role again and McIntosh and Robinson were both place on the inactive roster. McIntosh continued to improve and had 226 yards, 2 TDs to 0 INTs with 36 rushing yards in his lone preseason game in 2022. Bobby Kolodziej suffered a season ending injury during the preseason. The Titans still did not feel comfortable with McIntosh as the backup QB, and signed veteran QB Kareem Taylor to be the backup. McIntosh was placed on the inactive roster again while J.J. Robinson was placed on the practice squad.
