College Career

He redshirted his Freshman year before serving as back up in the 2021 season. In 2022 Lombardi became the starter for Navy and immediately hit the ground running, showcasing elite arm talent and leading the Midshipmen to a 10-3 season, tossing 30 TD's to only 4 INT along the way. The 2023 season, Lombardi's redshirt Junior year, was another blistering campaign as Lombardi led the nation in passing yards. Lombardi decided to declare early for the 2024 NFLHC Draft, and cemented himself as the number one quarterback prospect in the run up to Draft Day.
