History
Tammath Era (2016-2019)
The Eastern Michigan Eagles joined CFBHC for the first time in the 2016 season. Coached by Tammath for their first three and a half seasons, EMU compiled a 25-16 record with bowl losses to Fresno State (2016) and UCF (2018). Tammath also led EMU to their best season in school history, 2017, where they won 11 games including a bowl victory against Boise State. After starting 2-2 in the 2019 season, Tammath left ___

jdboyd Era (2019)
2019 Season
Following the abrupt departure of Tammath, jdboyd was tabbed as the interim head coach for the remainder of the 2019 season. Going 3-5 through the remainder of the year, EMU missed a bowl for the first time and recruiting efforts were also set back, the beginning of a decline in fortunes for the Eagles. At the conclusion of the season and looking for a more qualified replacement, jdboyd was let go.
Jamzz Era (2020)
2020 Season
After a hectic coaching search, Jamzz was finally brought onboard partway through the 2020 season. Coming in to an 0-3 start to the season, Jamzz finished out the year 4-5 as EMU once again missed a bowl and slid further towards obscurity. After the season, parlaying his prior connections, Jamzz departed to lead the Indiana program leaving EMU scrambling for yet another coaching replacement.
evanjl and DrFootball Era (2021)
tsweezy Era (2021-2022)
The beginning of the 2021 season was chaotic as both evanjl and DrFootball were elevated from their assistant positions for two games each as EMU floundered to an 0-4 start. Recruiting was abysmal in this time span and depth issues look to be on the horizon for EMU.
Finally, EMU found another stable candidate to take over as tsweezy started his first CFBHC job. After losing his first game to conference champion and rival WMU, tsweezy led EMU to a 7-game win streak and their first bowl in 3 years, narrowly falling to Texas Tech.
2021 Season
wisconsinfan Era (2023-present)
The beginning of the wisconsinfan Era started in late 2023 with the Eastern Michigan Eagles polling near the bottom of the MAC and much of College Football respectively. They had one of the worst recruiting seasons that year as the team was not cared for in recruiting
very well before wisconsinfan's entry. Now, Ypsilanti is waiting for another bowl.
