Javier Fields (born May 2nd, 1991) is an American football quarterback for the Washington Redskins. He played college football at Kentucky. The Atlanta Falcons selected him in the fourth round of the 2015 NFLHC Draft. He was traded to the Redskins in the offseason, following the 2016 NFLHC season.

College Career
Javier Fields attended Kentucky, starting in his final year at the school as a redshirt Senior. He led them to a 6-6 record in his only year as starting quarterback, and a bowl berth. He was known for his eccentric personality on the field, showing emotion often on the field and on the sideline. He and Austin Medina were one of the best quarterback and wide receiver combos in the nation during his senior year.

Professional Career
In the 2015 NFLHC Draft, the Atlanta Falcons selected Fields in the 4th round. He signed a 3 year, $9 million dollar contract. He was traded to the Washington Redskins as part of a package of players and picks for the 2nd overall pick in the 2017 NFLHC draft.
