The UCLA Bruins 2013 Season represented the UCLA Bruins in the 2013 Season. This was the first year of play for the Bruins. The team was coached by first year head coach evanisonCFBHC and played their home games at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.

UCLA entered the 2013 Season with a pre-season ranking of #14 and faced the #6 Oklahoma Sooners in East Rutherford, NJ for the first game in the Bruin's history. The Sooners emerged victorious by a 52-49 margin.

The Bruins were able to record the school's first win on week 2 against Wake Forest 56-9. The game was played in Arlington, TX. The emphatic win helped to support the Bruins lofty pre-season ranking.

The first home game for the Bruins in the Rose Bowl was against #1 Florida State and unfortunately the Seminoles won 35-24. UCLA was now 1-2 to start the 2013 season, but the two losses against top-10 teams gave them hope that they could turn the season around. Coach evanisonCFBHC then lead the Bruins to win eight of their nine remaining regular season games and finish with a 9-3 record.

With the regular season concluded, the Bruins and their 6-1 conference record and victory over fellow 6-1 USC were crowned the winners of the Pac-12 South Division and were to play the North Division champions #16 Washington State Cougars. The conference championship game was played in the Rose Bowl and the Bruins were victorious 35-13 and won their first Pac-12 Conference Championship.

UCLA was then invited to play the UCF Knights in the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, AZ. The Bruins were heavy favorites and they took care of business and beat UCF 49-14. UCLA finished their inaugural season with a 11-3 record and a Pac-12 Conference Championship.
